Neighbour Day - June 18

Neighbour Day began in 2014 to commemorate the way the city came together during the 2013 flood. Neighbours helped neighbours who were displaced during the flood and even helped them clean up their flooded homes after the water subsided.

Saturday, June 18 marks the eighth annual Neighbour Day. I plan to spend the day in Ward 3 celebrating at the NHCA Neighbour Day event at Vivo and at some of the Vivo Play Project hubs in Ward 3. I’ll also be attending the Hidden Valley Community Association AGM, which starts at 2pm. I hope to see you!
