Addressing Bus Shelter Vandalism

Smashed bus shelters have become very common in Ward 3 and in other areas of Calgary. This is not only unsightly but also dangerous, costly, and inconvenient. Thank you to the residents and community associations that have called and emailed me about this important issue.

I'm working with the relevant City of Calgary departments, including Calgary Transit and Community Standards (bylaw) to examine options for more resilient materials as well as ways to catch the vandals.
