Let’s Talk Rezoning: Virtual Town Hall

After soliciting feedback and questions from residents throughout March and April, I held a virtual town hall with members of City Administration and a local developer on April 15, 2024. You can watch the full video here:

Questions were solicited from residents in advance and answered throughout the town hall. Most questions fell under the same broad topics, such as property values and taxes, infrastructure demands, and parking.
