Livingston Affordable Seniors’ Housing

On March 9, CMHC along with the City of Calgary and Silvera for Seniors, announced the support of the Livingston Terrace project, an independent living seniors' affordable housing building.

When phase one of Livingston Terrace opens in spring of 2023, it will consist of 42 units. Another 21 units are planned for phase 2, representing an investment over $12 million from both the federal government and the City of Calgary. It will be located at 85 Livingston Hill NE.
